IBM consulting

Recently joined IBM consulting. They are doing outsourcing resources to client. I have joined on 13th September 2024. Already these PMOs are on my head to clear the client interviews. I attended 2 client interviews.. even after answering they rejected me .. it’s like only 3days in IBM .. I’m feeling anxious about getting project. What to do ??
