I Want to resign from TCS and switch.

I'm working in ServiceNow at TCS from 3+ years and want to switch ASAP. Im not satisfied at all with the pay and the role it's more of a support role and I want to switch to Development. Im frustrated with the project and already asked for release 3 times but they are not releasing me from this project.

Any referrals or recommendations will be appreciated.
