Trending @Capgemini; I refused to work in 2 support projects it is now escalated to HR (Bench period 160 days)
I have 3 .10 years of experience ,when I joined Cg as a fresher they gave us monitoring project ,I was not serious then but worked for years it was a rotational shift project. I asked for release and then I was on bench for 4 month and then got a project of L3 support and then bow from June I am on bench didn't get any call ,side by side I was preparing for development means I completed React js and made good projects and I was focusing on springboot and suddenly RMG Manger called me and she said u are on bench for so long, I am adding u in a group call and u have to say yes to this project this is L1 monitoring ,I told her I am not interested in shift work I want to go in development but she said no and threatened me that if I say no then it will be escalated to HR and it can lead to employee termination . Then on the same day after 1 hour she came with another useless project of rotational shift, I said no and now she mailed to HR saying that I am not accepting any support roles and plz give some guidance how we can take this forward . I don't know what to do now , I am ready to go on notice period but I heard that now they are not giving notice period they will give salary and if I take project it will be bad for my career.
If you have good handson and knowledge find other company. Why only CG?
I want to resign with offer and even if I resign without offer I don't know that they will let me serve notice period or they will terminate me.
So if you are in bench be in bench and find other company and then resign. When u go for other company tell them you will join in 45 days. If they accept and give offer. Tell CG you are reisgning. Then obviously they will release you ASAP. You join accordingly. If they release within 1 week ask new company you will join immediately. Chill broooo

Bhai kya darpok hai tu - set away put your resignation they will ask you to serve 90 days NP - by the way once you put your paper the system will automatically calculate next 90 days and will provide your last working date - do not worry there are thousands of company and you only need 1 YES for the next opportunity which is easily possible as in the end you will be doing slavery only for someone else.
