I'm stuck in my role with a decent pay
I graduated with an MSc in Data Science in 2024. Since Jan 2024 I've been working in an automation role (the job role offered was that of an Analyst but we're definitely not analysts). After the internship, we were promoted to "Manager" which was cool. At first, my team had a nice varied exposure to stuff like python, powerBI, Excel, etc. But now, I'm stuck in a position where my daily work is just low code excel instructions, heavy stakeholder management, and ZERO exposure to data science. I'm worried that I've lost my "data science" touch. I want to switch to a different company but who will hire me in an analytics role? The job is so hectic that I cannot possibly find the time to revise my entire M.Sc. My aim is to get an 18-20 package because I know I'm capable of working and learning which is worth that much. But I don't see myself getting hired after a year of zero coding. Am I overthinking this or am I fucked?
Masters in data science, gotta have at least 20lpa with/without coding.

Thanks for your response. That's very comforting to me. But do you think I can get that even with no industry experience in data science? Currently my package is 12. Do you think if I brush up and switch with 2 YOE I can still bag 20?
