I'm stressed 24/7 because of my job.
This is my first job and I am not able to cope at all. I've never done sales before and there's this thing at my company where they put you on PIP if you are not able to meet the monthly metrics.
I can't deal with the stress of whether I'll be put on PIP or be able to clear it every month, Sales is definitely not my cup of tea but somehow I just managed,at the same time I like the fact that I'll getting out of my comfort zone and doing a sales job...
I ended up here as I was unemployed for a very long time , it's not even my domain but I want to leave when I feel like I have squeezed the juice out of the lemons....Im still learning, the people are not bad , it's just the job and I don't know whether every other job is this stressful
I don't like uncertainty, as a student, your scores were in your hand, you study well, you'll get good scores, but this job....even if I try my best I'm not able to sell in this month (just 15 more days left for this monthly fiscal to end) , I don't want to leave...

Quit before you reach 1 year exp. Gain some knowledge in any other area and claim fake exp to join in another role. This is the most feasible option. IF you fear unemployment now, you will get stuck in sales for the rest of your life.
Changing sectors/Domain becomes impossible unless you have a T1 degree.
If everything fails, start a small eatery business you can survive, working in a job that you don't like is worse than unemployment.
