15moI know covid happened & it was bad phase but didn't it make easier life for IT professionals?
I mean previously wfh was very rare. Office timings were strict. Dresscode were strict. Now in this new normal, we have got so much flexibility. Thanks to covid. Your views?

Lesson : it takes a pandemic for the higher management to learn , a work requiring a personnel to sit and do the job , doesn't require them to commute to office everyday wasting time in traffic and getting ready for office. 💀
