I have money to spare, but no life
To the 1% (living well: described below) of the 1% (successful in your career) people that are absolutely nailing life, how do you do it?
Per my observation (I might be totally wrong), even if you're qualified/capable/lucky enough to be earning high (1 Cr+) you'll pay for it with your peace of mind (60+ hour work weeks & some weekend involvement at the very least), simple as that.
How does such a person also have the following:
- A fit and healthy body
- Healthy relationships (family, partner, friends)
- Security for the future (getting laid off from the top must be really difficult)
I am at the very beginning of my career and I think that if I try to point myself towards any one of the above, I get pushed away from the other 2.

- If you eat healthy, most of your health is sorted. Having a set menu, ingredients well stocked and having a cook who can cook your healthy meals is key
- For managing time, if you are disciplined about keeping your phone screen time low, say below 2-3 hours a day, it will free up your calendar and also your mind a lot
- Regular meditation also helps a lot with 2
- Find common activities to do with partner or friends like going for a walk or run or working out - keeps you healthy while socializing

What about fitness?
Also what is an ideal budget for all of this? (No luxuries, no parties. I want this)
