I got an offer outside 58% hike but not interested to join.

I got an offer of 58% on my current CTC, But I deciding not to join. I have dropped my papers. After 6 months, I will try for jobs. Will get more hike, at that time it will be 3 years. Now, my manager wants me to have a meeting for counter offer.

How much % hike they will provide, if they retain me?

I'm curious on your reasons for not joining. In almost any company, retention is like shooting your own foot. Once you get retained, you will be assigned a lot more of the work and you will start getting a lot less hikes. Promotions will become almost non existent.
