I am working on a project with L1.5 support. Need help to transition.

My skills are Oracle SQL & Unix. Had certification on AWS Cloud practitioner, MS certified : power bi associate, Salesforce associate. I have worked for almost 3 years in production support and am fed up with night shift and weekend support. I want to transition from support to development. I have done electrical engineering. I am confused about how to proceed and with what to proceed.

What will be a better option for me to transition?
