I am underpaid but how much?

I am a software engineer with 3 YOE. I am working in a service company getting 9LPA. Although I do have advantages like unlimited holidays, flexible timings etc. And WLB is also good most of the time (except launch or demo weeks). I am a decent full stack developer.

9LPA is a good salary for working in a service based company at 3 YoE. You're not underpaid when you compare to the market averages.

Now if you wanna compare with product based, then get an offer and ask again!

9LPA is good for 3YOE especially in the current market scenario. During covid you could have jumped above 12L considering the demand but now, it’s not that easy. Generally the formula to know if salary is as per market conditions is salary=YOE*3
