I am feeling very low and very demotivated.

Currently I am in very toxic environment so I an trying to apply outside to change my job but In every interview I am failing only I dont know What is happening with me In interviews sometime even I am not able to answer very easy questions and then I am regretting that why I didn’t answer I failed in many interviews now I am loosing hope to get new job.
