@Chirag_Barjatya Hey Chirag, a big fan of the work youâre doing.
My question is:
I follow a Push/Pull/Legs Split, and currently Iâm at a 13.8% Body Fat Percentage and a BMR of 1925kcal, TBW is 47.5%
Max Squats is currently at 100kgx12
How do I think about these statistics? Where does it put me in terms of Beginner/Intermediate/Advance.
Finally, help me understand the value prop from The PFC Club for someone like me who
Is interested in general fitness and taking my physique to another level.

You are definitely touching the âadvanced categoryâ soon. 100x12 is good stuff. At PFC club my team can help you to go to next level by making your program more scientifically approachable and making you accountable.

@Chirag_Barjatya That sounds especially good. Iâll check out your offering and connect with you all. Cheers! â¨

Yo! Nice to meet you.
My question would be since there are so many platforms doing something similar, how will the pfc club differentiate? Whatâs something that youâre optimizing for which other platforms donât provide?
Good luck. Tia.

Great and one of the most common question I get. One thing we are trying to fix in the industry is that customer centric approach. In my opinion and experience, if someone has paid us for âfat lossâ it is our responsibility to make sure the customer doesnât drop out or ghost the coach. The onus is on the coach. We really get behind the customers to make them achieve their goals. And thatâs why so far our refund rate has been only 0.7%

I subscribed to your plans twice and dropped both the times. Didn't see much follow up from pfc side.

How did you build your followership on Twitter? What was your way of getting there? Is it the primary way you find new users for PFC? Or do you have to spend on ads?

So far we have spend only 20k INR on ads, failed miserably. Every founder I met advised me not to run ads or discounts. Rest all is organic followers .
I will do a separate ama on twitter follower growth but for now:
- I still tweet 20-30 times a day. Get into replies and make yourself show
- find a purpose. My purpose was âprotein kidhar haiâ and i really got into peopleâs eye by constantly asking them to increase their protein intake.
- be authentic, transparent, and not a troll.

Wouldnât there be any effect on overall health due to increase in protein intake?

Hey Chirag, Have seen you a lot of times on Twitter.
Curious - what were you doing prior to PFC and what led you to build this? Is PFC focused on 1:1 personal training at home?

I used to shoot advertisements and weddings as cinematographer. It affected my health so much that in the process of fixing it, I became interested in coaching. Twitter helped me to become a freelance coach and I ended up coaching 3000 people alone over the period of 3.5 years. And then I expanded into a pvt ltd to serve the larger audience and fill some gaps in the industry

Whatâs the role of doctors in your organisation? And whats the average pay for them?

First lets understand why we have doctors onboard. Fitness and health is sometimes complicated and it requires doctorsâ intervention. And the real fit body is when your mental health, sexual health and overall physical health are in sync, thatâs why we have doctors, to help customers with single window solution of overall health and to help coaches whenever they are stuck.
Some doctors makes 4k some makes 1 lakh. It depends on requirements.

Interesting. So are they on consultant basis or on full-time employment?

Hey Chirag, glad you're on here talking to people about fitness.
I'd love it if you'd answer the following question.
Motivation seems to be the biggest issue with me when it comes to hitting the gym. I have no problems going for 20-30 min walks daily, but i feel like i have to overcome this gap to even get prepared to walk to the gym. I'm sure some of your clients would have faced the same. What do you tell them?

See, lets face the reality - Motivation cannot come on daily basis. Even if someone sends you motivational texts or you watch a YouTube, it wonât help daily. So whatâs the solution here? Two options:
- Set a goal or deadline and tell it to everyone, announce it everywhere. That you will be fit by this date. Pros of this approach: peer pressure and goal setting will push you no matter what
Cons: if you fail, by any reason, people will start judging you.
- Get an accountability partner or a coach. Now it is his or her job to ask you daily - did you workout? Did you eat well? And when you have someone to report to, you get on track and eventually it becomes a habit.

Hi Chirag, been following PFC for some time. I've been doing WFH since the last few months, and have been mostly living a sedentary lifestyle.
I complete work at 6:30 or 7, go for a 1 hour (or more) walk with my parents, dinner at 8, some upskilling/learning during the night, and sleep at 11. I'm having a minimum 7-8 hours of sleep with good amount of water intake and no sugar in milk, no tea, along with daily intake of a variety of nuts (apricots, walnuts, etc.) and reduced intake of oily foods.
The problem here is that I live in area where gyms aren't accessible and I live in a rented house. Can do exercises but not something like jumping jacks which create a lot of noise for the people living below. No playgrounds or empty spaces nearby, basically living in the midst of a concrete jungle. I don't want to make excuses but I really can't seem to find a good spot to do additional workouts and stay motivated.
Have also reduced the amount of sitting time by taking breaks in between. Can't afford a standing desk for now.
Please help! Thanks in advance.

It is great to know that your diet is already sorted, and happy to read that you are taking your parents to walk daily. Very good habit.
Now for workout, jumping jacks or burpeeâs arenât important at all. All you have to do some pushups, squats, lunges, core workout. And get a resistance band which will help you to train back, biceps and triceps in isolation. No noise. Simple ways.

Might be a stupid qq but if I have a society gym, how does your train work within that? Have rarely seen people getting trainers from outside?
Also, are you guys active in Bangalore?

Most probably your society will charge some commission if the coach is coming from outside. We have 4-5 trainers in Bangalore.

General question: How easy is it to register a company? How much time does it take?

My CA helped me to get it done in 15 days as far as I remember. But the pfc club name took long because of Power finance corporation
