Trending @Accenture; I am at CL9 position and my package is 23LPA(20 fixed and 3 VB)for Devops role,is it less ?

It’s a decent pay considering ur experience. Accenture job is stable considering other few companies. Go for it

Believe me it’s less as per your experience try to switch in next 6 months and get offer from BIG4 they can offer you easily 35 LPA

It is good enough brother i was thinking like Accenture does not give this much of salaries, my new tech lead friend who recently joined Accenture has around 1 lakh in hand with 5 years of experience i think yours is better than him

Dev Ops role with 9 yoe should be getting greater than ₹ 35 lpa
