Brother, is it that bad at phonepe right now that you're having problems empathising with people. Sad for you, hope things get better.

Looks like you're burnt out. Take some days off take a solo trip to him station. Enjoy the calm and quiet. Ensure to take these breaks in between. Also realise this is adulting is a part of every one's life although it is not advertised on LinkedIn or Facebook every one is going through it. Talk to people seek out solutions meet new people make new experiences and join a hobby(critical) some thing you enjoy and keeps you healthy, try and look forward to that hobby every day. You'll get you mojo back it'll take some time.

Try to be away from the drama that creates in and around family. Try to create your own space and work on yourself

Something that worked for me when I felt overwhelmed… Get a bit away for sometime. Live alone for a while, if you are living with them. The responsibilities feel less from a distance.

And get an activity for yourself. I used to be a gym guy for that time. After 7p.m just switch off work and everything else and head to gym. It will help you burn off some steam regularly and keep calm. It helps in a lot other ways also. Need to do it to feel it.

Trips and all don’t help much in such cases. Need to do something that keeps your mind healthy daily.

Try to change your routine(include a physical activity for sure) and give sometime to yourself. See if you can live away from them for a while - this helps a lot to focus on yourself and mental health . You can always take care of everything even from a distance . Talk more to people who make you feel relaxed. Give priority to one thing at a time -ex: if it’s family then reduce your work burden
