Hybrid for Mavericks
Currently it's a 3 day work from office for experienced folks, but many of them don't even come 3 days.
How can I get a 3-day WFO or WFH as a Maverick, as of now it's 5 days from office.

The company policy requires 5 days WFO for Mavericks,but as a maverick myself I am not going to the office. It depends on the project and the client you got , mine is a global client so we work on odd hours.

They might ask u to join the call once u reach home or something , but u can always request your manager for WFH if it's for a day or two.It Depends on the manager.

As you climb up ladder you don't need others assistance so coming to office is time pass honestly
