Is it ok to contact HRs directly via call or whatsapp to find job opportunities if I manage to get some contacts from people or will it be considered rude and unprofessional?

If the people who shared the contact have informed the person that an acquaintance is going to contact then it is fine else it is better to send an email. No whatsapp for sure!
