How's your experience w your manager?

Mine is an absolute piece of shit. Puts people down left right and centre. He just spent an hour trying to convince me how micromanaging is okay and I don't get to make decisions and how he tries to look good by taking all the decision making power since his team makes no mistake

Most managers are good for nothing. Extremely rare to find managers who genuinely care about their reportees. Lucky are those who have such managers. :)
