How's the work culture at phone pe?

Culture is not too bad and not too good. Somewhere in the middle.

But overall good product and company is growing well. So that’s a huge plus

The culture in the offline bu is not good, however what I’ve heard is the the culture in online bu is very good.

Wfo is mandatory but otherwise quite good culture. HR policies are good and they avoid doing layoffs as much as possible. Wlb depends on project and manager but is cyclical – work hard during key deadline periods and then slow down later.
