How's the SAP BI Market?

Hi All. Hope you all doing well! This is my first time posting in Grapevine. Currently supporting for the product SAP BO, With 4 YOE. How's the market? What are the companies that can provide a 100-120% hike? Should I switch as I earn very much lesser package(aound 6.2LPA)as a Support Engineer. Require your advice on this, Thank you in advance!
