As pointed out by others - atleast 7-8 sleep, less spicy and preferrably veg diet, healthy habbit, avoiding toxic friends and relatives, taking reponsibilty for failure and setbacks and chosing difficult option over easy cheap thrills , stop procastatination and starting small impactful changes to life, self reflaction in solitude, not being ambitious but strive to live a simple life, not comparing yourself with others, helping others out of compassion within your capacity , not falling into the trap of drugs, porn or using excessive social media basically doing a dopamine detox

Sleep, good diet, exercise. Ur body will do fine physically. If it’s more on emotional level then maybe spiritual or related things can help

Involve in something else outside 9-5 job. It might be your hobby, some NGO, some social work, that gives you satisfaction at the end of the day. Further this gives something to think other than a job, which frees your mind after 6-7pm or your EOD. In short, get out of your digital hive, start doing meaningful that culminates into some purpose. You can start reading books, listening podcasts, writing summaries of what you have read or listened to. Once you do this for 3-4 months, you get into habit and you yourself will understand the value of it. Rest, chill!

Coming from a remote-job perspective, it all is about how disciplined you are. Sleep schedule, job, pet projects etc, defining specific hours each activity helps me a lot.

On the weekends, go batshit crazy
