Go to gym and get a good trainer who will guide you through the basics. Just need to increase weights over time with practice. Good posture is very important so you don't injure yourself, hence trainer oversight is important.

There is no difference between how a man and a woman should train. Try to work all muscle groups once a week. Ask Claude for exercises. Add some protein to each meal and drink plenty of water.
Try this for 3 months.
