I've got one offer from a Service based company, but they are asking to join within 30-45 days..

Is it possible to get release early from Accenture? If yes.. Please let me know the process..

I have got 2 offers as of now, but they are not willing to wait😒.. I'm stuck with this 90 days NP..

You can't reduce notice period at Accenture. Stick to 90 days.

It can be, but totally depends on your project manager and senior manager. They can reduce the notice period time.

Buyout option is there in Accenture and you can use your earned leaves+buyout

Can you please suggest how you are able to get the calls for interview, as i am not getting the calls through naukri and applied in couple of companies manually but not able to get the calls...if you could plz tell how u able to get it would be of great help. Thanks in advance
