8moHow to quit smoking ? Cold turkey/CBT apps/Nicotine therapy
I have tried nicotine gums, they didn't work. Cold turkey method makes me quit for a week then i go back to smoking. Nowadays there's a lot of stress around us. I am 30 and single. Work related stress, anxiety about finding the right partner, AI threat, and so on. Smoking is just a temporary escapism from these uncertainties. But I don't want to end up getting cancer. So I definitely need to quit. How are you guys dealing with this?
