
How to lose weight
Hey guys,
My current weight is 83KG, 5'10" 23yo. My goal is to lose weight, and keep the weight within 73 to 75 kg range, in next 3 months.
I got a cultFit subscription from my company. There are too many things in cult fit. I am confused about what would be better for me.
Should I go for HRX, Burn, Boxing or Normal Gym with personal trainer?

Calorie deficit

You need nutritionist first

It's all calorie game. Workout and cardio will only burn certain calories than what you can control through food intake.

Combination of weight training and cardio with calories deficit diet.(Follow up with consistency) See the magic

Is it better than normal weight trainings(chest, back, legs, core, arms) with Personal trainer?

How to gain?

I was 75, 6 months back.
Then long sitting hours in office, and 2am Meghana Biryani happened

Cannot out exercise a bad diet. Fix that first and then if you can go for boxing , go for it . It’s a life skill as well

Start with resistance training and a quantified diet to reach ur goal n then once u r there u can maintain by trying other options

Looking it in wrong way. Think of gym that you will do for whole life. Then start small like maybe 30 mins and dont look at weighing scale. Then try to add strength training+ cardio both. Slowly make changes in diet and you will never know how easily you will lose weight. Love the process and try to be consistent.
