How to look good on online meetings

I look decent (or so my mirror makes me believe) But during office calls (we have mandatory camera on policy), I look 🤮

I mean if I had to be on a call with myself, I would cut the call!

What's the way out here

Sit against light. Your laptop camera must be crappy. You can connect your phone and use it as a camera if you want.
