I am working for an MNC and joined this project last month and I have given alot of contribution in building and supporting this project internally.
But this team is too harassive expecting everyone to work in night shifts also expecting to work on weekends and I see alot of internal politics
I thought of staying in this company for a long term but seems they won't let me stay here
Guys could you please suggest me how can I get release from this project please suggest what all techniques can be used to get release early from this project?
