Need suggestion to release from the project

I am newly allocated to a project and it's just 2 weeks happened.There is too much pressure expectations are high than my experience and also i did not like the way they treat the people and the language they are using against me.l want to release from the project..Is there will be any impact for getting into another projects If I ask for release from the project.Need suggestions
