How to find hobbies or anything that I like to do? I’m in Bengaluru, with a lot of free time. I don’t know what I like anymore. I frequently watch movies from theatre and that’s the only thing I do now

My recent hobby I’m totally enjoying- science and art of espresso making

@nocode97 what’s your process? (I drink coffee at office only, but curious to know if I decide to take this up)

It’s a really cool hobby for the tinkering nerd- mix of art, science with a really cool online community. My current at home espresso setup consists of a manual lever espresso machine called the Flair Signature Pro and a Time-more C2 Grinder🤌🏻. Also search James Hoffman espresso on YouTube and quit instant coffee to get initiated into the coffee cult ☕️

Stop movies Go Travel
- Research, Explore, and Hobbies
- sit with yourself and question yourself
If you are a man- pick any adventure sport. You ll make good buddies as well. Men bond in hardships, rewards and achievements

Explore, and try hobbies

Why the fuck should he stop movies. He can do travel along with watching movies. Why does he have to stop it.

Things that you enjoyed as a kid/before that you didn't get time to do in the last few years (because we've all been trying to make our footing in professional world)
For me:
- Gaming
- Playing any sport
- Listening to a podcast while I'm on a run
Not that I still do these things enough, but this has solved those times when I have 1-2 hours and just absolutely clueless about what I should do. I'd just do one of these.

If you have a group of friends around you, or just one good friend - build it together with them
Lots of things become better when people do it together, there’s a better chance of you doing regularly and getting better/having more fun
Otherwise one keeps switching from being productive with free time and then completely brain dead

Most of my friends are in my hometown. I’m having good rapport with my colleagues but most of them are way older than me and are settled with their family.

If you’re really interested in something(something you loved doing as a child), you will naturally pursue it. Don’t fall into the FOMO trap.

Not falling into the fomo trap. I didn’t do much as a kid with, apart from watching television

Then go about exploring. The best way is to find what your flatmates/friends are into and do that; so you could do it daily. If you like it, continue. Or else, move to exploring another.
