I've been working in IT for 8 years. Lately, I've been feeling unnecessarily stressed, and I really want to learn how to disconnect from work. I’ve always chased growth and money, but now I deeply crave peace in my life. The constant noise around AI is only adding to my anxiety on top of work-related stress.
Has anyone found any short-term solutions that help?
Going to the gym and working on myself are great suggestions, but they’re more long-term. I know there’s no quick fix, but I’m curious if anyone has found something that works in the short term.
