How to cope up with Night Shift? [9 PM to 6 AM]

A little context, I'm a morning person, never had a habit of waking up late. But I'm doing the night shift right now, 9 PM to 6 AM. Don't want to give excuses to avoid it, but rather I want to maintain a healthy routine in it. Personally, it's very random for me to get sleep of approximately 6-7 hours, because I can't sleep in the day.

So, wanted to know if anyone of you was in the same situation, what routine you had which helped you stay healthy and were able to work with full focus as well.

Please share the tips and hacks, thanks in advance.

Work from 9pm to 6am, come home and go to the gym by 7:00am, have breakfast, go out and get some some home work done or hobbies, get house cleaned and lunch made by house help, eat lunch by 12:30pm and go to sleep - use blackout curtains.
Wake up by 7:30pm, shower, have dinner and then go to work - repeat.

You will be lucky to take use of life amenities when everyone else will be at the office.
