Don't take stress, eat fibre, magnesium and potassium rich food, stop eating non veg (if you're a non veg) at least for a while, sleep on time, don't drink caffeine, do walk everyday, play some games, don't drink alcohol or cigarette, eat seeds and lots of fruits.
