How to buyout notice period?

I wanted release in 30 days, can I buy out my notice period in tcs? If possible what is the procedure?

Tbh, no one would approve your buyout request😂. I've tried it myself. Even if you don't have any dependency on you, they won't let you avail the buyout option. I don't get it why they don't approve such requests, as if they purposely want to increase your consequences.

Yes, you can buy out your notice period at TCS with manager and HR approval. The amount is based on your basic salary. Discuss early for a smooth process.
