Two paths as a fresher - higher studies or continue as employee. In both cases, what is the end objective and what you need out of your job are both important. Start from the end objective of job (not only money, other qualitative aspects). In both cases of changing job or higher studies you need to upskill to a new aspect, which personally for you would be tough in the beginning but would be worth it. Try to arrive at a risk reward analysis for both these paths vs where you are currently at, that should help you arrive at your decision.
