How to become a pro in your team?

  1. First 6 months, learn things and don’t outperform if you are in operations

  2. Make a written SOP of things which you see this organization don’t have

  3. Showcase a tool that you know and current organization can also adopt

  4. Now performance time - spend extra hours to show you don’t work watching the clock

  5. Become close to team members and don’t butter manager (in the end you will get hate from the same team members)

To be a pro, work hard, seek knowledge, and be a team player. Be the one who says, "Mushkil hai, par namumkin nahi."

Almost agree. There is no need to outperform everyday. Managers appreciate people who are adding value than adding butter.
