-
Remove people from Townhall meet because there camera is not switched on.
-
Do an app revamp because he gets cognitive overload, and not users.
-

A toxic founder is one who is not paying salaries to the team while enjoying perks and secondaries themselves.
Nothing listed above qualifies as toxic. Entrepreneurship is a rough sport, don’t confuse strength for toxicity.

Slice wala?

Same hai kya? Slice wala bhi

I have not talked to anyone who has interacted with Munjal directly so I don't know how bad it is with Unacademy. But Slice is a company running on one person's whim. The CEO acts childish, throws tantrums, etc. Upper management describes "managing and tempering bajaj" as one of their core responsibilities.

No clue. Please enlighten. Sounds male - is/has a dcik.

Ooooo you should be happy ye app tech sector heavy hai, varna twitter hota toh Bhai abhi tumhare QT pe QT ratio pe ratio hote

That's true... In Twitter people bend over backwards to prove their liberal cred.

This seems like a post about GM from Unacademy. Epitome of toxicity

Waiting for the news of his company to shut down or if he has raised funds very soon he will be forced to resign.

Kunal Shah?

Apna?
I wouldn't say so. My understanding is that Nirmit got into an echo chamber. After the March restructuring, when I wanted to ask some questions during townhall, some director level folks have interrupted, saying literally "Wo toh founder hai bhai, market samajh hone liye wo Apple chod kar factory pe bhi kaam kiya. Who else knows better than him?"
Nirmit himself isn't toxic, but is not capable of understanding that he has built an echo chamber around him.
But yes, everything except the first point happened with him in the leadership.
