How similar are work and dating
You join a company thinking I'll find a better role in 3 months and I am outta here
Cut to, you are 9 months with them, comfort is setting in. It is not bad if you stay longer, anyway who will take the effort of meeting new employers, go through same questions to find next one
So now you have to have THE talk "What are we?" "Where do you think this is heading?" "Do you also see us long term?"

Just a difference in work you can change it whenever you want, in quest of finding a better one... but in relationship somewhere deep down you wanna stop at THE ONE and don't wanna hop alot.. :/

It's just.. resignation is easy.. and finding a new one as well.. also you have reviews about the company.. and they sort of treat you the same from day 1 🙂
