How many of you really take care of your health? Share your experiences please!

We are all aware of the consequences of bad eating habits, smoking, bad posture, more screen time but how many of you really take action to improve?

I take my health very seriously!
Nope, I'd like to do better.
I think I'm doing okay.

I started 75 days hard challenge as a new year resolutions. I never expected that it will turn so well. I feel like l'm 5-6 years younger. My skin and hairs have improved a lot. I don't have fatigue anymore. I'm getting good sleep. Much more interested to work. Today is 59th Day.

That's amazing! It would be great if you could share more details - like how did you manage your food? Or did you do home workouts or take a gym membership? Any supplements? Anything else that worked for you?

I am in my early thirties, I take my health very seriously from the beginning, I am working out from the last 10+ years now, never touched alcohol/cig or any kind of booze, had pizza slice like 2-3 times in my life so far, mostly avoid all the packed food items, like biscuits/chips etc.. Occasionally I have outside food when on a date, or travelling. Although I find it hard to control good home made food made by my mom, I don't count calories or track using any smart watch or app, I don't think it's sustainable in the long run
