How many leaves do you get?
In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.
PS Can't share the company's name because there are only 6 employees.

18 Annual Leaves ( can be carried forward upto maximum 40 ) 12 Sick Leaves ( get lapsed on 31st December) 1 extra leave if you are promoted in the given year ( can be carried forward ) 5 Beverment Leave 2 Days Relocation Leave

Is it easy to use your leaves? Haven't heard nice things about swiggy

Pretty easy. In fact most people I know don’t even officially apply their leave and managers are pretty chill about it as well.
You might have heard not so good things about Swiggy but I can confidently say, it’s still better than 95% of companies out there.

18 privilege leaves credited every month 12 casual leaves credited at the beginning of the year 10 public holidays
Bereavement leaves in addition.

Unlimited. Not more than 45 days at once. They trust our judgement. Never seen anybody misuse it tbh

Also 14 days compulsory national holidays which we can pick

Have you ever calculated yours? We've the same, i calculated mine last year and i had taken 24. Since it also means there are no paid leaves and thus no encashment, I think this in reality benefits the employer and not the employees.

25 annual 12 sick
