Lately I have started focusing on health and career 😁
So, how many days a week u go for any physical activity?
Gym Swimming Badminton everything is fine.
6 days a week, try my best. Mainly weight training, cardio & badminton(once a week).
All 7 days : Dance HRX S&C Yoga
Daily 8k , 3 days weight training, 1 day dance fitness , 2 days of badminton, 1 day rest!
Where do you go for swimming and badminton? What's their price? Thinking for getting a cult play pass for a year.

2 days walk/jog
1 day rest, only sun exposure
6 days in gym.
