Mine is worst scrum i have ever worked under.
All of them were scum of the Earth, barring one.
From bribing Citibank to crying because a so-called competitor raised funding, I've seen it all.
First job was good one.. second company was a pyscho... third was good.. First one was a task master, but a fair guy. The second was a woman, absolutely crazy. Claimed to be on diet and ate a half a kg dry fruits for lunch and a full pack of potato chips in the evening for snacks. Had clear rules that, we had to stay late, be available at every beck and call. Had me come back and login a day before Diwali when i was in the middle of shopping. Two weeks later i quit. Third boss also a woman - American. Very decent. respected time zones. To value her respect i have gone beyond call and duty to get things done.
My scrum master only knows to create meetings and then try to mag us all to mail the clients instead of taking up the responsibility
