I remotely knew someone at NPCI at a slightly junior level, they mentioned things moved too slow and was slightly bureaucratic

Might be worth checking with ex employees on LinkedIn as well

WLB is good but pretty terrible to work there. There is lot of red tape involved in everything and deploying everything is pain in the ass there
