When you see your junior at a higher position, earning obviously more than you. While you are at a much lower level, despite being from same college.

I'll feel happy for him and wish him more success and work my butt off to improve my skills,
I'll apply for higher paying jobs and learn higher paying skills.
I'll then contact my junior for a referral and would thank him for his support.
