How do you deal with so many notifications? Especially Slack

Change default one, absolutely anxiety giving tone. Pause notifications through macbook's DND or through slack.

-Put notifications on the pc 'on priority '
-Pause mobile notification while active on pc -mute unnecessary channel like general, announcement etc
