I've severe anxiety, whatever gives me anxiety I'm forcing myself to do the same thing.
For example, closed spaces gives me anxiety, I'm forcing myself to go into closed spaces slowly my anxiety got much better and my Brain stopped responding to those fears.
I always have anxiety of living alone worrying about what if I passed out and die, i have these thoughts and severe anxiety. Currently I'm living alone and forcing myself to see what exactly happens.
Key is to do the thing's that gives you anxiety

Talk to a psychiatrist; maybe therapy or meds will help.

Talking to psychiatrist expensive,meds will cause some problems and same with therapy also for now i listen music and sometime play games
