Hobby is Sleeping

I don't know why but whenever I get time in the afternoon, early morning night .. I only want to sleep. I do have a lot of learning things pending. Even I stuck in a project where there is no work. But my brain and heart always led me to sleep till 10 am in the morning.. Again in afternoon.. Then in night... Why I am not doing any fruitful thing in my life... My only focus is my sleep.... Why I am living my life even I don't know because we do not go any where in weekend to refresh our mood.

One possibility is that you get stressed by working and hence your brain is avoiding work by procrastinating . Try getting some exercises and/or consider doing mediation. If this persists for a long time , try consulting with medical person for depression symptoms.

I think people have become weaker since covid, manifesting in different ways amongst people. Seasonal changes getting more people sick, other odd problems cropping up as well. Plus, covid will keep mutating and so will humans to try and survive.
