I honestly do not have any advice for you to help with stammering directly, but be assured that if you are working in a good environment, people will be wont at all be affected by stammering…so be in your confidence when you speak , nobody is judging you for it.
My friend at work stammers at times, so does my cousin…but I have never heard anyone saying that it was annoying or even a slightest of inconvenience.
People are kind and will not be bothered about, so should you😊😊.
And if you feel someone is bothered by that, ignore them…those are fools.
