Hey, I need some honest answers.

Lately, I’ve been struggling to take care of my health—not because I don’t want to, but because I feel stuck in a rut.

I know I should be doing better, but I just can’t seem to get started.

Am I the only one?

Drop a 💬 if you get it. Let’s talk.

I faced the same issue. I think it’s not about starting rather about consistency and discipline. I was off gv for 2 months, reduced screentime, worked out, ate healthy however much I spent. Was able to achieve good results. Discipline is the key bruv

+1 - I too feel that and have some issues too , Fed up with having dosa Every day, but recently I started having fruits, 4 to 5Km walk daily, reduced food intake , this helped me cure a bit , but food is something we should be taking utmost importance which we are unable to because of bachelor and not able to cook, this is something 80 perc of my bangalore frnds and colleagues are facing

I did a health checkup recently, only my cholestrol levels were a bit skewed but nothing beyond borderline, it helped me to eat clean and hit gym or cardio regularly, prior to that I was not consistent, within 2 weeks I lost a few kilos and feels a lot better
