
Hearing a lot of mixed signals about Easebuzz lately 🤔
Some say it’s a fast-growing fintech with strong momentum…Others hint at chaos, unclear direction, and high-pressure execution.
Trying to separate hype from reality
• Is the culture actually empowering or just “founder-driven hustle”? • Real growth opportunities or just stretched roles? • Leadership clarity or frequent pivots? • Sustainable pace or burnout risk?
And the big one — How does it really stack up against Paytm /Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree today?
Looking for brutally honest, no-filter feedback (current/former folks welcome).

I had integrated their payment gateway SDK for the Android and iOS apps in 2022 and easebuzz was the worst, compared to razorpay and cashfree.
(code quality wise, design wise and support wise)
But easebuzz had the lowest %age cut per transaction.
So my assessment is that unless their engineers have gotten significantly better now, I don't see them succeed.
