Heard from a friend at McK, the project manager has been put on indefinite PTO
Seems like finally they are taking some steps. Indefinite PTO for the project manager. I don’t know if it was really the stress from this specific project, but if it was, it’s messed up
Also indefinite PTO seems like they’re just burying it temporarily till the matter settles

Poor manager. If the employees do not perform he will get screwed. One of the employees offs himself, he will get screwed.

No sarcasm here. Most managers don't stress out teammates for pleasure. They are under stress to get results that gets piled on the team mates.
IIT IIM guys ask for sky high salaries, to justify that payment they come under pressure. Most people demand such salary because they think they are entitled to it. Won't even sit for interview if the salary doesn't meet their expectations. So they invited this trouble into their lives.
If only they had given time off to that guy, we wouldnt be here
