Recommend me some healthy snacks that you like and have it daily.
I’m trying to lose weight. But I always feel hungry. And I end up eating a packet of chips. Help needed.

desi khao bhai, ye packaged shit pata nhi healthy hota hain bhi nhi. Bhune huye chane, ghar pe banaye gaye sev, diwali wala saman, chakli, chivda, laddoo, use oil and material of ur own choice. Ohh and millets , makhana, are good too
Cucumbers Carrots Sprouts Black Coffee Green Tea Lime Soda with Salt Eggs - all forms Peanuts - in small portions Chana Jor - in small portions Berries / Guava Yogurt - avoid flavoured Roasted Chana Diet Coke - very occasionally Almonds - < 10 pieces Most nuts - not cashews or raisins or dry fruits Butter milk / Chaas - not lassi Green Gram Dosa - limited portion.

I have those epigamia greek yogurt, kellongs corn flakes, or muesli sometimes roasted nuts
